We are a small business owned by three friends who have shared a passion for smoking meats and fish for over 3 decades together. Bobby, Morris, and Darren (a.k.a. Kip) make up Borris Brothers, LLC and came together to start this business in October 2019 after perfecting our premium smoked fish dip. For years, we've worked on getting the right amount of smoke, the right amount of spice, and the right consistency. And we are proud to say we have arrived! We love sharing our passion with the public. We don't just add customers to our list when they come on board, instead, we add people to our Fish Dip Family!

Bobby Singer lives in Miami with his wife Rocio Montoya-Singer. They are both dentists by day and foodies by night. Bobby has enjoyed fishing and cooking all of his life.
Morris Singer sold his manufacturing company in New York and moved to Miami with his wife Debbie to be near his family in the fall of 2019. He and Debbie have two daughters who live in South Florida. Morris is an avid gardner, specializing in vegetables and hot peppers, and he is passionate about cooking.
Kip lives in St. Petersburg with his wife Kelly. Combined, they have 3 children. He has worked in financial services for over 34 years and before moving to FL in 2002, Kip owned and operated a northern Italian restaurant in Manhattan, NY. His true passion is sharing his culinary creations with others.
The 3 of us have been making fish dip for years while trying to perfect the recipe. We've given it all away to friends and family and finally decided we should take a leap of faith and start our own company revolving around our combined passion. Though our commercial kitchen resides in Miami, Kip treks down every week to smoke the fish and mix up fresh batches of dip to bring back to the Tampa Bay Area. We've been selling through social media and word of mouth since we began and have received tremendous feedback. Together with our wives, Kelly, Rocio, and Debbie, we love sharing our product with the public and seeing the joy it brings to families and friends.
