Wagyu Iowa Connection

We have a small farm in North Iowa where we raise corn soybeans hay and cattle . Our cattle are a specialty breed call Wagyu which come from Japan originally.
These cattle are prized for their marbling and healthy benefits.! Our beef are
grass fed and grain finished Tey are high in omega 3 and 6 and CLA or linoleic acid. Wagyu beef is lower
in cholesterol than chicken or fish. The marbling found is Wagyu is responsible for the delicious flavor and juicy texture.
Our beef are crossed with charloais or Australian lowline.. an angus breed
Therefore the meat is more comparable to the texture that people are familiar with.

We do not give any GMO feed to our cattle and do not use antibotics or hormones. We have a family operation with our son and grandchildren participating in the care and marketing of our beef
