NO BONEZ fishspread

My business started out as just an attempt to make a decent fish spread for a party. This ended up as a huge hit. When i first started making the spread more often it was from fish that I caught offshore fishing off our pristine Gulf waters. Using fish such as king fish, amber jacks, lesser amber jacks, and almaco jacks i practiced many smoking methods and tweaking the recipe to come to a now award winning and widely known product. The flavor profile holds true to the smoked flavor of the fish and a blend of spices, herbs and peppers to make a fish spread that is unforgettable.
