Hard Squash

We LOVE our chemical-free winter squashes! Each type of squash brings it's own unique flavor and fun to the party! Butternut (my personal favorite) has a robust nutty flavor with buttery undertones and sweet high notes! This squash is fantastic for soups, stir-fries, and smashes!

Kabocha squash has a rich starchy flavor that works great for a potato substitute! Use it in stir-fries, baked, or in your favorite dish but we personally recommend trying them as a faux french fry to add a little extra flavor and nutrition to burger night!

Spaghetti squash! What's not to love? cutting down on carbs? Gluten intolerant? Just want to spice up spaghetti night? Use this baked squash as your pasta substitute!

Delicata squash is a new-comer to our list of winter squashes but we have heard great reports on sweetness and flavor! More info to come!
