Red Russian Kale

Chemical-free (no herbicides, pesticides, fungicides, or chemical fertilizers) Red-Russian Kale. Sweet, tender, baby kale! This kale is one of our all-time favorites for its beautiful red/purple hues in the winter, mild and sweet flavor and versatility. This kale is mild enough to eat in raw salads and hearty enough to stand up to hours of boiling. Either way, it is delicious! (My personal favorite is a quick sauté or boil with butter, garlic, and a dash of chili pepper!) We double wash and individually package all our greens for easy kitchen use without all the fuss!
