Since 2020, Jesse has done more than refine an old tradition. Guided by an international palate, we fuse unique fermenting techniques from around the world to create the most interesting flavors and textures.

Jesse makes everything in small batches from our home base in Tennessee. To achieve optimal flavor, our products age from three weeks to four months, making every sauce worth your patience.

I ferment all the ingredients in my hot sauces for at least three weeks, then blend all the ingredients together, filter out the pulp then bottle.
