Our beef is very lean, naturally marbled and aged up to 14 days before packaging. We have our beef processed at a USDA locker. The steaks are individually packaged and all the meat except the ground beef is vacuum sealed. The ground beef is in tube packaging and weighs about 1 pound per package.
