About

We grow organic-certified berries in the Methow Valley. I've been farming organically for almost 15 years, and my husband grew up working on his family's pear orchards in the Wenatchee Valley. We've been on our own land in the Methow for 9 years. We've produced a diversity of annual vegetables over the years, but started to transition to perennials about 5 years ago. We now produce black elderberry, black currant, aronia, and saskatoon berries. We work hard to improve soil health by planting diverse perennial cover crops and adding organic matter. We also work to ensure that there is diverse habitat/food for our native pollinators, throughout the season .

We sell mainly to processors (cider, mead, herbal companies), but we are launching our own elderberry-based wellness syrup in 2020.
