Port Style Spirited Wines

The Spirited Wines are our refined, ‘port style’ wines fortified with custom-distilled apple or pear brandy and aged with oak for several months. Thoughtfully crafted for a balance of sweet and heat.
Alcohol percentage: 18.5% abv
Bottle Volume: 500 ml

Sprited Blackberry Wine
Sweetness: Sweet but not wholly dessert.
Aroma & Flavor: Deep blackberry nose with an oak barrel profile and warming brandy heat with gentle oxidation to deliver the port style.
Fruit Varieties: Organic Washington Blackberries (mixed varieties).

Spirited Apple Wine
Sweetness: Sweet but not wholly dessert. Retains some naturally occurring sugar.
Aroma & Flavor: Notes of caramel and oak, with woody roots, rich apple depth and warming brandy heat.
Apple Varieties: Organic Washington dessert apples, primarily high-acid varieties such as heirloom Granny Smith.

Spirited Pear Wine
Sweetness: Sweet but not wholly dessert.
Aroma & Flavor: Rich, warm pear.
Pear Varieties: Organic Washington dessert pears - D'Anjou and Bartlett.
