Contemporary Craft Ciders

Small batch production year-round featuring cider fermented on the farm using 100% organic apple juice pressed from Washington apples.
Alcohol Percentage: 6.5% abv.
Bottle Volume: 500 ml. (16.9 oz.)
Apple Varieties: Organic Washington dessert apples, featuring seasonal varieties such as Granny Smith, Pink Lady, Braeburn and Gala.

Black Currant
Sweetness: Semi-sweet
Aroma & Flavor: Bright apple fruit balanced by berry complexity; sweet and sour notes, with a light sparkle and purple blush.
Production Notes: We ferment the apple juice in stainless steel tanks, then blend with black currant and unrefined organic cane sugar for additional depth, sweetness and flavor. Lightly carbonated. Contains no gluten ingredients.

Dry Hopped
Sweetness: Off-Dry
Aroma & Flavor: A crisp, refreshing cider featuring the floral and citrus flavors of Cascade hops. Dry, bright and grassy with grapefruit and pine notes. A cider tribute to the Northwest IPA.
Production Notes: We ferment the juice to dry, then steep with Salmon-Safe/Organic whole-leaf Cascade Hops for up to three days, for additional depth and flavor, and to appease the hop-lovers on the crew. Lightly carbonated. Contains no gluten ingredients.

Habanero
Sweetness: Off-dry
Aroma & Flavor: A combination of chili heat and tart apple, mellowed by a dash of sweet, makes for a cider that is both fruity and spicy. A peppery tickle on the nose.
Production Notes: We ferment the juice to dry, then steep with organic Habanero chilies for several days until the ideal balance of heat and depth is achieved. Lightly carbonated. Contains no gluten ingredients.

Pear
Sweetness: Sweet
Aroma & Flavor: Bright apple fruit with the elegant sweetness and subtle delights of the pear. A tree-ripened, delicate and refreshing taste of the orchard.
Production Notes: We ferment the juice, then sweeten with organic pear for additional depth, sweetness and flavor. Lightly carbonated. Contains no gluten ingredients.
