Celebrating the joys of summer on Green Bluff, this metheglin uses culinary lavender grown 1.5 miles from our meadery at Fleur de Provence Lavender Farm. Light, bright, and floral this mead exhibits the faintest touch of sweetness which brings out floral lavender paired with two types of citrus zest. This mead is an excellent choice where a drier, lemony white would normally be preferred.
