High quality ground beef, stewed to perfection in a special blend of vegetables, herbs, and spices combined with a perfect portion of Yellow American Cheese, which is added at the end of the long 8 hour stewing process.

This traditional Korean chicken BBQ is marinated in high quality soy sauce, mirin rice wine, Asian pear, sesame seed oil, vegetables, herbs, and spices then grilled to perfection giving the chicken it’s deliciously distinct sweet/savory/spicy flavor.

ORGANIC INDIAN RED LENTIL CURRY (vegan)
SoCal inspired Organic Indian red lentils, potatoes, carrots, and herbs that have been cooked down with our very own dry roasted curry spice blend. This award winning vegetarian / vegan favorite has even surprised the taste buds of meat eaters!

BRAISED BEEF SHORT RIB WITH BLACK GARLIC
By far our most decadent empanada filling. Beef short ribs have been braised in a rich broth with black garlic for 3.5 hours. It is then deboned, shredded, and combined with the reduced braising liquid. Over the top flavor for beef lovers!

CARAMELIZED APPLE WHISKEY FLAMBÉ & BRIE CHEESE DUSTED WITH CINNAMON SUGAR (dessert)
This decadent dessert empanada filling is made with Caramelized Granny Smith and Golden Delicious Apples with pure unprocessed cane sugar, flambéd in oak barrel aged Tennessee Whiskey, then chunks of creamy Brie Cheese are added.

CARIBBEAN PICKLED PEPPER SAUCE (vegan)
This vegan pickled pepper dipping sauce is an amazing balance of heat and spicy flavors that will leave you wanting more. The flavorful thick mustard seed based sauce is a combination of vegetables, herbs, and habanero peppers that elevates our savory empanadas to the next level!
