Suzy is a NY State Licensed Massage Therapist for over 20 years & a Kripalu Master level Yoga Instructor, as well as a Certified Kripalu Bodyworker for over 25 years.
Suzy is also a Master level Special Ed / Elementary Ed Teacher since 1985. She has taught afterschool Yoga sessions to several local schools, as well as presented Teacher Workshops on "Incorporating Yoga into the Classroom" for all ages. Suzy also teaches Parttime at the CNW Massage School in Colonie. Suzy is also commissioned to work backstage at local venues for high profile Musicians, Comedians. Suzy is the mother of 3 adult children.
Suzy offers Therapeutic Chair Massage Treatments at the Delmar Farmers' Market every week.
