We are a small producer of quality maple syrup and other maple products. We bottle in glass only, thereby eliminating plasticizers in our syrup.
Our jams and jellies are made from no spray local fruits when possible.

Production Practices
Perennial Crops
Only one tap per tree, the smallest diameter possible, sustainable practices used. The sap is boiled using a wood fired, stainless steel evaporator. Syrup is then filtered and bottled in glass.
