Condimento Bianco

This superior white vinegar has been produced in the same manner as our Balsamics but without the classification due to P.G.I. rules. It was aged in stainless steel barrels to maintain the integrity of its soft color. The result is a product both sweet and sour, smooth and harmonious to the taste with a delicate and intense perfume. Its low acidity makes the vinegar delicate and fresh tasting and so is suitable for starting sauces or mayonnaise for poultry or fish, or as an amazing green salad dressing when blended with your favorite Testa’s Pantry extra virgin olive oil.
