FX Hunt Cheese on Tap

I combine 5 different cheeses, add a lot of Pale Ale Beer, fresh garlic, and spices, and heat it until it becomes smooth and creamy. We serve it cold, but can be heated in the microwave if you want to eat it as a hot cheese dip. My beer cheese tastes great on Club Crackers, tortilla chips, or pretzels. You can use it in mashed potatoes, mac 'n cheese, on hot dogs, burgers, veggies, or whatever you can imagine.
