Ian and Caitlin both grew up in Cabot, Vermont, where they decided to build their home and business together. They now produce wood fired maple products on their land, and travel to different states selling their 100% pure liquid gold. They use sustainable methods when making and packaging their products, and truly love knowing the people they're selling to.

We started producing our maple syrup in 2013, right after we bought our first piece of land with 2,600 maple trees on it. We've since grown to over 13,000 maples, and still strive to keep our business practices as sustainable as we possibly can. We use wood instead of oil to boil our sap into syrup, and bottle in all glass. We welcomed our first baby in 2016, who's helped us sell at the markets since he was only a week old.
