About
We make authentic Eastern European pierogi by hand in Carrolton. We come from Ukraine and my grandparents are Polish so pierogi was a staple of our Ukrainian-Polish cuisine. Living in Dallas we realized it was not so easy to get authentic pierogi in our area and it happens that pierogi is my daughter's favorite food on Earth, so I started making pierogi myself, incorporating my late Polish grandma's techniques and recipes. We want to share our passion for pierogi with everyone in greater Dallas area and provide foodies and eaters with a chance to learn more about Eastern European culture through delicious food.

Production Practices
We make our pierogi by hand in a professional and equipped kitchen in Carrolton. We buy only Texas sourced ingredients for our pierogi, including potatoes, mushrooms, onions, beef, etc.

We are a family team - Viktoriia and Alex Revenko and we share a lot in common, including our passion for food. Viktoriia loves to cook and nothing makes her happy more than smiling faces of people who she cooks for. She is a self-trained chef with experience in catering business. Alex helps with technical side of the process, creative thinking and he is in charge of streamlined work process.
