About
We bake Poffertjes (Dutch mini pancakes) on an open griddle and provide a variety of toppings. We use fresh fruit from local farmers when in season. We sell fresh brewed coffee and gourmet hot cocoa as well. We are a food booth and work under a 10’x10’ space. We use a dry batter, just add water and prepare everything within our booth on site.

We use a dry batter, just add water, mix, pour batter onto an electric griddle, bake at 150-160 degrees and serve warm with a variety of toppings to choose from.
