Oksana’s Produce Farm

We are a small woman & immigrant owned farm on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. In addition to using traditional organic farming methods to grow delicious and nutritious vegetables, we also process vegetables into delicious and nutritious goods such as various sauerkrauts, kimchi’s, pickles, pickled mushrooms, pickled carrot salad, etc. As Russian immigrants, we have a long family history of growing veggies and turning them into pickled and fermented product, and we are overjoyed at the opportunity to share our family recipes with our customers!
