Fornoyd Farm

Fornoyd Farm is a small family homestead in Cannon Falls. We create wool art from our sheep and other locally sourced wool, harvest cut flowers from our garden, and operate a food cart serving homemade Scandinavian-inspired ice cream.

Our ice cream is made with locally sourced A2/A2 dairy, making it more digestible for those who have mild intolerances. We're also proud of the other locally sourced ingredients in the recipe such as eggs and honey.

To start, we will offer pre-packaged ice cream products such as pints and ready-to-eat products like ice cream sandwiches or popsicles.

We would also like to sell wool art made by our family as well as the unique fresh cut flowers we harvest.
