We are proud of our commitment to make Salato with free range hogs, raised sustainably and free of antibiotics or added hormones. The ham is cured using only Sicilian sea salt. More importantly there are no cages, crates or tie stalls in raising the hogs. The hogs run free to do what comes naturally to them, and that means to move around and root freely, which makes for a happy hog and the best Salato Prosciutto Chips!
