We are BrootLegg Extracts! We are a couple of local weirdos that are too stubborn and possibly crazy to give up! We started in a basement 7 years ago and built ourselves our own high pressure extraction machine, capable of producing cold brew coffee in minutes (instead of 24 hours) and in a wildly sustainable way of using between 20-40% less beans per cup!

Our cold brew is some of the tastiest around! We strive to empower our local community, using our technology to showcase the amazing coffees the city has to offer! By working WITH local coffee shops we can use our machines to brew the best cups of cold brew coffee, exposing the wonderful people of Columbus to the passion that is the craft coffee community. We have a refrigerated trailer that we outfitted with tap handles to be able to pull up and serve kegged cold brew anywhere it's needed!
