Description
Salt & Lantern is a component of Tennessee Peanut Co. birthed out of a three year process. TPC buys 50 gallons of local honey (Johnsons/etc) and ages the honey in local (to Nashville) whiskey barrels for a process of one year. The aging process of all four season in Tennessee weather pulls out natural charred-oak, caramels, and tannins from the oak and creates a balanced honey that is to die for!
