We started our little project selling empandas, fruit smoothies, and takoyaki (octopus balls) at Hamilton's farmers market this year. During this time, we are back at NYC and would like to continue this fun activity throughout the whole summer. All our products, in compliance with the message of the farmer's market, are created through local produce/farmers. Our job is to create a beautiful atmosphere for the market through our food. We understand the importance of quality and wish to participate in this canopy.

Production Practices
Gathering local produce for our products. For example, there are little farms in upstate New York that sells produce like tomatoes and other veggies that we would go to and gather the necessary materials. And if they do not have anything to sell we would normally look at buying the same produce from fellow vendors to create our food.

We are a garment manufacturing company located in NYC BUT, we are selling food at the market. Why food? I always wanted to become a little chef so with the backing of friends we decided to try it. We did and it became successful. Now, we want to continue this practice through your market and fun.
