Island Fresh

Island Fresh sells chicken teriyaki bowls or ground brisket sliders with strawberry flavored lemonade. We use chicken thighs and a salting technique to make sure that the chicken is always safe, fresh, juicy, and tender. Our bowls come with a side of vegetables, either broccoli and carrots or zucchini and carrots. The "Island Sliders" come with a brisket patty, signature sauce, pepper jack cheese, crispy onions, a piece of pineapple, and teriyaki sauce, all on a brioche slider bun. The lemonade is mixed with pineapple juice and strawberry flavoring and served with ice. We pride ourselves on getting food out very fast, even during the busiest times.
