We make delicious foods rooted in culture that nourish your body, honor the animal, and pay farmers for more of the harvest. Our aim is to build towards a climate-positive food system with our sourcing practices and leverage the often overlooked parts of the animal, which are often the most nutrient-dense.

Our flagship product is a Korean-style bone broth, made in the traditional way with just bones and water - the magic happens with the right temperature and time. The result is an umami-rich broth versatile enough to complement any recipe, sauce, noodle, or rice dish, or even broth-based lattes!

We can serve these broth-based lattes (our typical menu consists of a matcha latte, chai latte, turmeric/golden milk latte, and a mole hot chocolate) and a rich sipping broth with salt, pepper, and sliced scallions. We can also sell jars of broth to take home.
