Stella M Baklava is a locally owned independent bakery producing fresh authentic individually hand crafted Greek Baklava and Greek Pastries. The company was founded on the basis of creating the highest quality artisan Greek pastries all made from authentic traditional family recipes originating in Chios Greece and handed down from generation to generation. Eggs and honey used in many of the products are sourced from local area farms. These hand crafted made from scratch melt in your mouth favorites are made to be shared with family and friends as my mother, Stella M, once did.
