Fungus Ranch

Fungus Ranch 🍄 is a gourmet and functional mushroom farm in Nashville, Tennessee. We create a variety of consumer package goods from mushrooms. We grow ourselves or source from a small team of growers regionally and nationally. Formally trained chefs we also bring mushroom and fermentation themed food pop-ups to our consumers. You sampled our Nashville hot Lions mane sandwich at the end of last year for the holiday market and we intend to bring that concept back for this market season at our booth along with select mushroom goods we make. We do NOT intend to sell fresh mushrooms, we do not wish to take business away from our friends at HempinShrooms, Midway or Nashville Farmacy.
