St. Bernard Seedlings

We are launching a seedling business to bring locally grown seedlings to neighbors across Philadelphia. As a west Philadelphia resident and former Greensgrow employee, when Greeensgrow closed two years ago, I quickly noticed the gap that it left in the neighborhood. Last year, working as a farmer at Weavers Way Farms, I brought seedlings home and hosted a plant sale on a Saturday in May in my side yard. In three hours, I had sold all my plants, but neighbors continued to ask for more. It was met with such great success that I decided to launch a business this year with the goal of bringing seedlings to my neighbors and neighbors across the city.

We are growing a variety of vegetables, herbs, flowers and fruit.
