Description
100% Ohio grown grains, this popular loaf is made of the three fresh milled farros, the ancients, and all Ohio Einkhorn (OH), Emmer (OH), and Spelt (OH) grains and is another regular in the rotation. Mild and easily digested, Fermented at least 18 hours. Shelf life is 5-7 days. Sourdough breads freeze exceptionally well; slice, wrap and freeze.
INGREDIENTS: WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR (Einkhorn, Black Emmer, and Spelt), WATER, NATURAL LEAVEN, SALT, and trace RICE FLOUR (banneton and baking stone dusting).
