As a midwife, mama, free spirit, third generation farmer, and blooming herbalist I create plant medicine using healthy herbs. I use a season local focus.
We are a local apothecary using a seasonal focus to make wild plant medicine to promote holistic health and healing in your home. We use organic sustainable herbs to hand make our products using plants around us to nourish our bodies. We are focused on the local seasonal nature of plants and using these plants to heal and nourish our bodies. Herbs are foods that promote healing and are fun to use in our daily lives. All of the products are homemade with reiki trained hands with an energetic intention to heal and empower. Using the plants around us to promote health in women and families drives the vision of this apothecary which grew from my love of plants and midwife experiences.

Heather loves being in the garden, taking walks outdoors, and spending time with her family so her passion for herbal remedies and using wildcrafted ingredients developed quite naturally. It is a real family business when her children love going to markets, helping to make products to sell, harvesting wild edibles, and making tea. Markets have become a community for Heather and her family.
She has attended many herbal conferences and plant walks. Currently, Heather is working through the Aviva Romm herbalist course for women’s health to supplement her research and reading. She views herbs much like superfoods for our bodies rather than a drug that requires a specific dose. Once the plants are in our bodies they are able to stimulate healing. Using these remedies she has kept her children well and allowed her to work in hospital, while rarely, if ever, getting sick. She feels so empowered by using and creating plant medicine that she has grown this passion from a hobby to a true business that she loves.
