Description:We raise our grass fed beef cattle in Montague, Texas. We have them processed in Muenster, Texas at a USDA inspected facility. We use no antibiotics or hormones, and our cattle are always on fresh pasture. In fact, our cattle are always on irrigated, green pasture year round, We finish the cattle to 24 months which allows them to reach 1500 pounds/live weight. Our cattle are always on green pasture and we feed no grain or corn. This attention to animal husbandry makes our beef more tender and flavorful, allowing us to Dry-Age all of our beef for 14 days, again making our beef more tender and more flavorful.
