Double Stream Meadows

We are a family owned and operated regenerative farm of approximately 50 acres in the beautiful hills of Appalachia Ohio. Our goal is to provide healthy food and living for our community as well as our family. We focus on heritage/endangered species. We are committed to helping to increase the numbers of these breeds/species that bring health and variety to our world that is not found in commercially geared breeds/species.
Our main products are meat: lamb, goat, chicken, duck; eggs, both chicken and duck; fruits: strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, loganberries; along with some produce. We are in our second year at this location, and every year we increase our variety of products. We are planning on adding forest raised heritage pigs, bees, tree fruits, and Dexter cattle this year.
Our family workers include a mother in her mid 60's, 2 sons (one of whom is a disabled veteran), his significant other, a grandson, and occasionally a 90 year old grandmother. We also employ a couple of local teenagers. This is one of the ways we support our community in healthy living.
We have set aside a large area for butterflies and bees. We attract and support quite a few species.
