Hi, I'm Kendall, owner and creator of Nomaste, an apparel brand inspired by my love of food and fitness!
I'll be honest with you, my relationship with food hasn't always been easy. Between yo-yo dieting and "cheat, treat" food guilt, I've found myself unbalanced and unhappy.
Over the years, I've made a conscious effort to shift my mindset from severely limiting insert [delicious "forbidden" food] to a more healthy lifestyle of balancing both food and fitness.
