My name is Marcio Florez I am the owner of "The Inka Trailer", my passion for food comes from my childhood memories. I would never forget the quality of food that you could found on the Streets of Lima and surrounding cities. My dream is to bring the best of Peru my birth country to Nashville TN my hometown. I move to Nashville in 2008 and I love the welcoming and loving people of this city. Thank you for all of your support

My name is Marcio Florez I am the owner of "The Inka Trailer", my passion for food comes from my childhood memories. I would never forget the quality of food that you could found on the Streets of Lima and surrounding cities. My dream is to bring the best of Peru my birth country to Nashville TN my hometown. I move to Nashville in 2008 and I love the welcoming and loving people of this city. I started to learn how to cook at home by watching videos and by reading cooking books. I decided to pursue culinary arts with my family support at Nashville State Community College where I was able to learn new skills and perfectionate the once learned at home. On 2016 I was giving the opportunity to represent my school at San Pellegrino's “Almost Famous Chef” Regional Competition. I decided to make a fusion dish with Peruvian and Southern cuisine, I had a great support system from my mentors in school and at home with my family. I was able to bring the title home, and this help me to continue my growth at the fine restaurant I was working for. I want to bring the best quality and authentic Peruvian cuisine to all of you.
