Fri works is a tasty idea brought to life by a small NYC family. With a ethnic background of the Carrabin and the spices of India, a unique taste pallet for dipping sauces was created. With local Texas farmers providing us with perfect russet potato's, perfectly salted with Himalayan pink salt, and combined with an array of sauces and/or dressings it's sure to keep customers coming back. we hope to create an experience that not only delivers excellent customer service but a product that is not found anywhere else in Dallas TX. Our Plans to open Fireworks has always been in the works just without a home. We are excited to embark on a new start with DFM. with my experience in customer service from retail for many years, focus and discipline from the military, and my wife's long history of being in the food and catering industry I know our dream will become a successful reality.
