My name is Nicole and I live in St. Petersburg. I make beer candied bacon using only craft beer from local breweries from the St. Pete and Tampa Bay Area. All of my bacon is made locally in St. Pete and packaged there as well.

Nicole is the owner of The Crafty Bacon Bitch and creator of all of our beer candied bacon recipes. She loves to travel, experience new cultures, cook, drink craft beers, and spend time with friends and family. When she’s not cooking and creating new recipes her time is spent with her furry four legged babies - Ollie and Murphy. She lives in St. Petersburg with her boyfriend Zak who has helped her perfect her recipe over time. They both love the local scene in St. Pete and Tampa and strive to only eat, drink and buy from local vendors.
