Foster Hill Farm and Garden operates a seasonal garden shop in Stafford Springs, growing a unique selection of hanging baskets, patio pots, vegetable plants, annuals and hard to find herbs. They bring their heirloom tomato and specialty pepper plants to the Coventry Farmers' Market in the spring, growing over 150 varieties. The farm also breeds registered Mediterranean Miniature Donkeys that are fun to visit:-)

Kim brings plants to the market while her husband, Karl, watches the garden shop and takes care of the farm. The couple grows all plants in their 2 greenhouses with the help of a few devoted volunteers.
