We make freeze dried candy. We use a freeze dryer machine to suck all the moisture out of the candy over time and process it turns it into a different form blowing it up. It takes the chewy out the candy and gives it an light and airy taste so anything that is sticky will melt in your mouth. It’s very mouth watering and fun to try
