Our Italian Ices are made locally in small batches using real fruit. We pride our selves in having unique flavor combinations. Founded in 2007, our Connecticut based company, uses high quality ingredients. Our Ices are made in small batches the old fashioned. We offer a great selection of Italian Ices, Gelato, Ice Cream, Italian Sodas, and many other frozen novelties. Catch us at many local farm markets, festivals, fundraisers, or private events.
Our Italian Ices are made with a handful of ingredients. Real fruit, pure cane sugar, and water. The difference is in our equipment and ingredient sourcing.

Graduating in 2000 from Johnson & Wales with an A.S. in Baking and Pastry Arts and a B.S. in Food Service Entrepreneurship. Since then I have worked in various hotels, resorts, restaurants, confection shops and bakeries. I have also received numerous awards and certificates from the American Culinary Federation for my work in the dessert world. In 2007 I saw the need for healthy frozen desserts since there are very few places outside New York City that had authentic Italian Ices. My love for creating has lead me to develop unique combinations like lemon basil, pear-cardamom, and watermelon-mojito. Our entire team is passionate about the products and customers we serve.
