I am a farmer that is passionate about being part of the local food movement. I lease land at the The Gifts Of Love Farm in Simbury and KNOX in Hartford. We grow many things but are known for having ethic crops such as Bitter melon and Asian greens. When I’m not on the field I am a cook.
