Production Practices

It requires an enormous amount of time and patience to create things by hand in small batches, but when combined with fresh quality ingredients, this attention to detail, produces a superior product by far.

This is Ellie, my granddaughter, the 5th generation baker
This is what it’s all about and the reason for choosing Sweet Legacies as our name...
My grandmother taught me an enjoyable life skill that brings joy to so many. I want to pass this to my own grandkids too!
My own kids have won baking awards as children, and already my little 5 year old granddaughter begs to make scones with grandma! What more could I dream of, a gift that puts a smile on a strangers face and one that makes a young child giggle
like nothing else in the world matters!
It’s a Legacy that will live on when I’m gone :)
