Our 7th generation family farm grows teff, an ancient grain originating in Ethiopia. We take the nutty and gluten free grain and pair it with other delicious ingredients like buckwheat, coconut oil and pumpkin seeds to make a flavorful granola. We call it Teffola.
Non Gmo Crop Rotation No Till
Our farm has practiced crop rotation and no-till since the 1970's. This helps to maintain soil health and prevents soil erosion.

I'm the maker behind Teffola - it started in my kitchen and I knew it would become something bigger when my sister ate a pound of the granola in 2 days! I grew up on the farm building hay forts and catching snapping turtles in the creek. After studying neuroscience at University of Michigan, I decided I didn't want to become a doctor and became and entrepreneur instead. Best decision I've ever made.
