Art made from materials from nature which are hand worked, preserved, painted and assembled into mosaics, pictures and functional and ornamental pieces. This includes hand painted & framed natural leaves, natural cedar greenery hand worked into framed pictures, hand painted natural birch bark pictures, natural moss mosaics, driftwood art, rustic wood sign posts, unique hand painted wooden signs with handmade rope hangers, hand painted glass shades with beaded handles and solar lights for hanging outdoors, hand painted butterflies for hanging or as garden art stakes (indoor or outdoor), other decorative garden art stakes, glass flower yard art, ornaments made from natural materials like wood slices, birch bark, driftwood, whimsical mini winter life scenes/centerpieces, woodland gnomes and driftwood trees. Many can be custom ordered, all outdoor use art is protected for weather.

Production Practices

All natural materials, such as, moss, leaves, cedar, birch bark etc. preserved to maintain the materials softness, flexibility and to keep it from becoming brittle. Driftwood is hand collected here in Michigan, and hand worked into various art pieces by drilling, sanding, gluing and occasionally nailing or screwing. Wood materials are also locally collected, and cut, sanded and hand painted with acrylic paint, then sprayed with a protective coating for outdoor use. Solar lanterns are repurposed glass shades which are cleaned, hand painted with acrylic paint, the beaded handle is strung with both high strength fishing line and metal wire for durability and attached to the shade, then the lantern is sprayed with protective coating.
