We started in 2018 in Detroit's Eastern Market, making the finest charcuterie in all of Michigan. All of our salami, whole muscle, and cooked products are butchered whole hog, and cured in our drying cellar. We are proud to use local farmers that grow their heritage breed pigs humanely on pasture. Be sure to visit our restaurant at 1528 Gratiot Avenue.
Pastured
MI grown pork, heritage bred and raised on pasture. Pigs are broken down using whole seam butchering techniques. We salt, cure, and dry our products in the European tradition.
