We decided to combine our cultures because of the similarities, our backgrounds are rooted in Antigua, Lousiana, and Texas.

After spending more than a dozen years managing local locations of some of the world's best known chain restaurants- Olive Garden, Chipotle, On the Border Grill & Cantina among the few I decided it was time for a career change.
4 years ago my wife and I started a catering company. We enjoyed the work so much, the following year we purchased a food truck.
The menu that we offer is a nod to both of our respective heritages. I am from Antigua and Barbuda in the Caribbean and my wife's roots are from Louisiana. We take pride in everything that we serve from our truck and we promise to give you the best flavors.
