Flour ground on millstones in our c. 1811 historic mill. Specialty flours include Rye Flour, Buckwheat Flour, Fine Wheat Flour, Roasted Cornmeal, and Blue Cornmeal. Specialty flours available at the miller's discretion. Call 703-759-2771 to confirm what specialty products are currently available.
