I make small batch artisan jams using produce predominantly sourced from local farms. My flavors stand out because they have a twist, something unexpected added, like Spiced Strawberry Rhubarb Jam with cardamom or Blackberry Cinnamon Jam with cinnamon and lemon zest. I love introducing people to my jams and showing them that jam is for so much more than toast!

Production Practices
I source my produce from local farms and farmer's markets whenever possible. Items that I cannot source locally I make sure that they are organic (i.e cane sugar, oranges, Meyer lemons, dried figs). I make small batches, everything is 100% hands on and made by me. It is truly a one woman operation!

My business is a one woman operation. From procuring produce to producing jam to labeling to selling at the markets, it is just me! I started this business after filling up my pantry with canned goods and realized I really loved it and could make a small business out of it. My favorite thing is to be at a market, offer a jam sample to someone and see the smile when they enjoy my products.
