Texas Wild Fire Pepper Jelly

This is our hotest jelly hence the name Wild Fire. We combine habanero and jalapeno peppers. It is great on cream cheese or brie. It will stand up to the grill on ribs, chicken, pork or beef. We have one customer who uses it as a topping on their vanilla ice cream.
